Easing the anxiety, ignorance and pain of addiction
The Federation's Youth Wellness Centre, working in tandem with clinical staff at
Tuen Mun Hospital, helps compulsive young drug and internet users, as well as smokers, drinkers and gamblers who want to quit. The pressing need for the Centre is evident, with over 450 referrals received since it opened in January this year.

Professionally experienced personnel help to unravel complex, underlying causes, communicating with families, schools and medical specialists as necessary. Drug abuse and internet behaviour are the most common problems dealt with by the Centre and its supporting multi-disciplinary team. This is the first wholly integrated service provider of its kind and can be contacted by calling 2465 2828.
